Conditions and payments
For any confirmation 50 % of accompte will be asked and the balance to be realized the day of your arrival.
For any reservation one-month-old superior the balance will be required 15 days before your arrival
For any request of reservation for the totality of rooms 50 % of accompte will be asked you by room and for the totality of the stay. The payment of the balance being made 15 days before your arrival.
Guarantee
Taking into account numerous outstanding payments, a number of bank card will be asked you for any reservation with the expiry date. These references, once your ended stay will not be kept. Thanking you for your understanding.

Advance are not paid off
In case of anticipated departure the complete stay must be paid
If cancelled up :
to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
to 31 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Rooms at Le Clos du Lac have polished wood floors and exposed beams. They are decorated with modern art, and equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Check in : from 1 P.M. until 2.30 P.M. or from 6 P.M. until 7.30 P.M. unless otherwise specified.
Check out : from 8 A.M until 11 A.M
